Lol rapalas ARE … Lol rapalas ARE good evrywhere they are just more expensive than other lures.
If you dont ;ike rapalas cos you cant cast well with them [the small ones for trout and stuff] just use braided line, againt bit more expensive but worth it
to catch northerns, … to catch northerns, in the late spring/early summer, go in the shallows with weeds, and use original or oother raplas i catch atleast 2 or 3 a day, plus bass and walleys
I got one of these … I got one of these X-raps last year and the first cast i caught a 4 1/2 lbs lrg. Mouth,, these are just simply brilliant. I was never a fan of lures untile i picked up a rapala now ill never go back to live bait!!

Salmo : slider 7rph, skinner 12 rgs, pike 11 f pe,pike 13 jf rpe, perch 8 hp.
All models are floating
Salmo lures are made in Poland and are even better than Rapala (at least they look more realisticly).

ive never caught a fish off of my x-rap, but ive caught alot of fsh with the original. rapalas rock and i never use soft bait
